A Return Authorization form is needed for every return. You can call us at 1-866-490-SWIM to request one. You need to fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item (s) you are returning. Please indicate what would like to  exchange for another size, color or item. Swimwear items are non refundable, exchange  only within 10 days.

We will gladly accept any unused swimwear items in their original condition, All tags and liners MUST still be attached to the garments. Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $25 and return the items to you. There will be absolutely no exchanges for items returned more than 10 days after the delivery date. Then garments are non refundable or exchangeable.

Sale items and custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will ever be accepted. In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.

Shipping and handling charges are the cost of the consumer and are not refundable. Shipping charges will apply to shipments of exchange orders and will be billed to the original method of payment. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs).

For security reasons, AMAYA online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours, and will arrive in 4 - 6 business days (Ground Service). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Overnight and second day shipping methods through UPS or DHL. You can contact one of our representatives at 1-954-735-0781 between 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time. The cost of the expedited shipping method will be added and order will also be processed on the phone. We are not responsible for late packages due to UPS and United States Postal Service. We can't guarantee their delivery methods. You will need to take you claims up with the delivery company. We guarantee to ship our products in the allotted time promised.

NEXT DAY SERVICE
Receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 1PM EST Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Receive your order in two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 1 PM EST Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only. Back-ordered items will be shipped UPS Ground.

Our trained designers will help you to customize your swim suit exactly the way you want. The amount of swim suit will not cost more than the advertised price unless the item has upgrades in accessories, detailing or fabric. Contact one of our representatives via phone or email for assistance. Custom orders generally take 1 to 4 business days. We will not copy other swimsuits and reproduce under Amaya Swimwear label. Custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable. We will adjust the garment once with out surcharge.
